Bilkent University’s STARS-integrated Moodle service has now been upgraded to Moodle version 3.4 (release notes).
STARS Integration development, which has hindered us this far, has been finally completed.
The new features are summarized here:

You can familiarize yourself with using Moodle as follows:
- By reading the Moodle docs for version 3.4
- By reading through the instructor tutorials and/or the student tutorials.
- By creating an account / requesting a personal course on the “general purposes” Moodle (current version 3.2)
Restoring content from courses created in the old Moodle (1.9) system (pre-2018 Moodle courses or the old gen-moodle) is straightforward and well supported in Moodle 3, but there is a quick list of differences to consider here.
