Can Moodle admins “split” a Bilkent course into two separate Moodle pages?

Because of the way the STARS-integrated Moodle software works, it is no longer possible for Moodle admins to “split” Moodle courses (i.e., have two separate Moodle courses with two different teachers for the same Bilkent course and sections).  Where a Bilkent course is taught by you and another instructor, you will have to either have to: (i) coordinate sharing the Moodle course page on the STARS-integrated Moodle or (ii) open a separate course on the General Purposes Moodle for one of the instructors.
